Description
The Ribolla Gialla Fenis was born in the vineyards of the Friulian company Livon, located in Ruttars, in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio.
It is produced entirely with Ribolla Gialla grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 10 °C. Subsequently, the second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method, followed by a period of ageing in bottle before being placed on the market.
The Ribolla Gialla Fenis is characterized by a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose carries a delicate scent of white flowers, with fruity notes that emerge in the background. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, lively and enveloping, with a persistent and elegant finish.
Excellent for the aperitif moment, it goes very well with fish-based appetizers and first courses.
