From one of the most famous producers of Lambrusco Emiliano, a Martinotti Method Spumante - or Charmat Method - comes from the brilliant rosé color, 100% Pinot Noir. Thus, the Extra Dry Rosello Spumante Extra Dry is surprising, representing an original and fresh companion for the kitchen of the Parmesan.
The Pinot Noir grapes are vinified in steel and fermented in an autoclave, creating the effervescence that is maintained at the time of bottling thanks to the procedures conducted in isobaric conditions.
At sight it is striking for its intense cherry pink color. The nose is mainly floral, with hints of rose, violet and berries. In the mouth it is fresh, with a slight sugary perception and a taste marked by strawberries.
To combine with a rice salad with prawns and courgettes.
