Description

The Perlinetto 25° Anniversario Rosé Metodo Classico is an exclusive selection of quality sparkling wine produced with 100% Pinot Noir. This sparkling wine comes from the Pievasciata area, Castelnuovo Berardenga, located between 420 and 480 meters above sea level

The winemaking process begins with soft pressing in an inert atmosphere and dry ice, followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel and aging on fine lees for 6 months. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, with subsequent aging on the yeasts for 60 months, thus guaranteeing exceptional quality and a complex structure.

In the glass, Perlinetto 25° Anniversario has a pale pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, floral and citrus notes emerge, while on the palate it stands out for a long, savory and enveloping sip, confirming its organoleptic excellence.

Excellent in combination with oysters, caviar, raw fish and seafood, it also pairs beautifully with soft and creamy cheeses.
