Vino Spumante di Qualità Pas Dosé RDM 2014 Castello di Cigognola

The Pas Dosé RDM vintage sparkling wine of Castello di Cigognola is born in Oltrepò Pavese from Pinot Nero grapes. The Castle, which overlooks the Scuropasso valley, has belonged to the Arnaboldi, Brichetto and Moratti families for generations and dates back to the mid-14th century. Since 1981 the farm has been managed exclusively by the Moratti family.

The vinification of the grapes takes place in white with the sparkling process in the bottle according to the classic method, where the wine ages on the lees for at least 12 months.

Straw yellow in color and with a fine and persistent perlage, it reveals aromas of white flowers and bread crust on the nose. The sip is creamy and persistent.

Excellent to accompany raw fish and dishes based on molluscs and crustaceans.
