Description
The Millesimé Pas Dosé Metodo Classico by Mirizzi is a refined sparkling wine, produced with organic Verdicchio grapes grown in the Eroico Vineyard of Monte Roberto, in the Marche region. The vineyard faces north and is cultivated on sandy sandstone marl soil.
The winemaking is traditional in white at a controlled temperature. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages for 10 months on its noble lees with batonnage. Subsequently, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine remains for a further 60 months on the lees. After disgorging, the wine undergoes further refinement in the bottle before being released for sale.
This quality sparkling wine has a full straw color with golden hues. On the nose it offers complex and varied aromas with a clear reference to broom. On the palate it is elegant, persistent and satisfying; with hints of bread crust and memories of pastry.
It pairs perfectly with crustaceans, molluscs and raw fish.
