Description

The Brut sparkling wine of Duca di Salaparuta comes from vineyards in central-western Sicily located at an average altitude of over 550 masl

It is obtained from Grecanico and Chardonnay grapes, whose grapes are softly pressed. The must obtained is fermented at low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the Charmat method.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there are aromas of white flowers, with notes of aromatic herbs and citrus fruits. The sip is fresh and sapid, lively.

This sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif and can also be enjoyed throughout the meal.
