Vino Spumante Brut Rosé Tenuta Mattei

Tenuta Matteai's Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Arcevia, in the province of Ancona.

It is produced with pure Lacrima grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic red winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by re-fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat Method.

Tenuta Mattei's Brut Rosé is characterized by a soft pink color. The nose opens with fruity hints reminiscent of wild strawberries and raspberry. On the palate it is dry and harmonious, with good persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with fish-based dishes, shellfish, vegetable or meat-based fries, cheeses. Also try it with dry sweets such as tarts.
