Description
The Baciami Rosé Sparkling Wine is produced from Mammolo grapes and belongs to the complex project for the rediscovery of Renaissance vines successfully conducted by the Piandaccoli company.
With an altitude of 230 meters above sea level, the harvest is carried out manually and, following soft pressing, the fermentation is completed in steel tanks. This will be followed by a month of second fermentation with the Martinotti Method for further contact with the yeasts and the second fermentation.
This vine, capable of rosé wines of great structure and intense aromatic charge, gives a pale pink wine, with an intense perlage and good persistence. Clear floral and fruity notes intertwine on the nose, with red fruits such as blackberry, raspberry and currant, followed by a touch of citrus and a strong minerality. On the palate it maintains vivacity with a fresh and decisive sip that preserves evident fruity notes.
Versatile wine to drink throughout the meal, it goes well with grilled and fried fish, appetizers and white meats.
