Description
This Brut Nature La Regola sparkling wine originates from vineyards on the Tuscan coast, located in the valley of the Cecina river, about 5 kilometres from the sea, in the municipality of Riparbella. All processes are organic following the conversion process.
It is made from Gros Manseng grapes and a small percentage of Chardonnay grapes. The harvest is manual with careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 18 °C. Second fermentation takes place in bottle according to the Classic Method, with ageing on the lees for 36 months.
The colour is straw yellow, crossed by a minute and persistent perlage. The bouquet recalls toasted aromas and yellow-fleshed fruit, on a background of acacia. The sip is fresh and smooth, with a beautiful harmony.
Recommended to be served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to appetizers, oysters and shellfish.
