Description

The Brut Calce Quality Sparkling Wine is produced by San Marzano in Puglia, in the Salento area.

The wine is produced from pure Chardonnay grapes, which are softly pressed and then fermented. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with aging on the yeasts for over 36 months.

Intense straw yellow in color and with fine and constant bubbles, it reveals aromas of broom, exotic fruit and citrus to the nose. The sip is fresh and discreetly savory, with a discreet finish.

Ideal as an aperitif and paired with fish starters and fresh cheeses accompanied by baked vegetables.
