Description

The Bolle di Gioia Brut Bianco Sparkling Wine has the noble character of the Riesling grape variety from the Valtènesi lands.

This elegant sparkling wine is obtained through the natural method of sparkling wine making in an autoclave (Charmat method) with slow refermentation for two months at low temperatures.

On the nose it is elegant and fine, with floral notes of jasmine and fruity aromas, but it is on the palate that it gives its best, with an elegant mix of savouriness and pleasantness.
