Description
This red wine from Ladone, produced in Abruzzo, Italy, is composed of carefully selected Italian grapes. The bottle represents a refined example of the winemaking tradition of the region.
The vinification involves destemming the grapes, followed by fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Maceration on the skins lasts about 15 days to obtain an intense color and a complex structure. After racking, the wine is bottled, ready to further refine its organoleptic characteristics.
It has a deep ruby red color, while the nose releases an intense bouquet of black cherry, enriched by delicate balsamic hints. On the palate it is soft and round, with notes of blackberry and plum, supported by an interesting structure thanks to the good balance between soft tannins and acidity.
This red wine pairs perfectly with game dishes, roast pork and mature cheeses.
