Description

The Frizzante Rosé from Tenuta Ulisse is a lively and refined rosé wine, made from a mixed blend of indigenous red grape varieties. Designed for those who enjoy conviviality, it best expresses the freshness and elegance typical of rosés, offering a balanced and pleasant sensory experience.

The winemaking process includes cryomaceration followed by low-temperature fermentation in steel to preserve its aromatic freshness. Subsequently, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in autoclave with closed valves for 30-40 days, while aging takes place in steel tanks on the lees, giving it greater complexity and structure.

It presents a delicate pale pink color that hints at an intense and unmistakable bouquet, characterized by Mediterranean notes of fresh fruit. On the palate, the fine effervescence enhances the freshness, leading to a persistent and harmonious finish.

Perfect from aperitif to meals, it is ideal for accompanying enjoyable moments in good company.
