Description
Minium rosé is a wine produced by Elio Sandri in the winery located in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba in Piedmont. This rosé is obtained exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the hamlet of Perno.
The winemaking involves manual harvesting, followed by pressing and maceration for 12 hours. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with the use of indigenous yeasts. The refinement always continues in cement for approximately 24 months, keeping the characteristics of the wine intact.
On the nose, this wine offers fresh olfactory notes combined with a tannic component that makes it unique. On the palate, it appears fresh and vertical, with a pleasant tannic structure that enhances its personality and captivating color.
The rosé Minium pairs perfectly with game and blue cheeses.
