Le Blanc by French Bloom is an alcohol-free Blanc de Blancs, made with dealcoholized Chardonnay wine, white grape juice and lemon juice. The wine from the renowned Languedoc region of France is subjected to a manual dealcoholization process to respect the integrity of the flavors, resulting in a sparkling wine with an alcohol content of 0.0%.

Dealcoholization occurs under vacuum, without the addition of sugars or chemicals. Other natural and organic ingredients, such as lemon juice, are added to ensure aromatic balance and create a sensation of rich complexity on the palate.

On the nose, fresh mineral notes of pear are perceived, followed by tropical aromas, Granny Smith apple, spicy citrus and white flowers.
