Description

The Frizzante Bianco from Tenuta Ulisse is a lively and aromatic white wine, made from a mixed blend of native white grape varieties. Its freshness and lightness make it ideal for moments of conviviality, offering a balanced and pleasant tasting experience.

The winemaking involves cryomaceration followed by low-temperature fermentation in steel, to best preserve the primary aromas. Subsequently, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in a sealed autoclave for 30-40 days, while the aging takes place in steel tanks on the lees, giving it greater complexity and finesse.

It presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is intense and floral, with notes of crunchy white-fleshed fresh fruit and citrus. The delicate effervescence enhances the freshness and accompanies a long and harmonious finish.

Perfect from aperitif to meals, it is ideal to accompany pleasant moments in good company.
