Description
This Pinot Noir is produced by the Domaine Saint-Paul, located in the heart of Languedoc, at the gates of Béziers.
The pure Pinot Noir grapes undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration. Subsequently they are vinified in steel tanks. The wine ages on the fine lees for 3-6 before being bottled.
Purple-red in colour, the nose opens with a bouquet of red and black fruits with notes of pepper. The sip is full-bodied, fine and elegant.
Ideal in combination with stuffed pasta with meat sauce and with beef and potato stew.
