Description

La Sabla Les Crêtes is the first wine of this company, produced by the Charrère family since 1971, in heroic viticulture vineyards, on small patches of land stolen from the rock.

The Petit Rouge grapes and other red berried varieties, harvested in vineyards aged up to 70 years, are harvested and selected by hand. In the cellar, pressing, fermentation and subsequent aging are in steel to best express the original characteristics of the grapes.

This Aosta Valley red stands out for its character, and its beautiful intense ruby color anticipates intense aromas of fruit (raspberry) and elegant notes of wild violet. A strong and structured wine, which is lively and fruity, but at the same time with soft tannins and a persistent finish.

A historic red from this region, able to make you fall in love with the Aosta Valley reds, still not very common, and all to try.
