Description
La Sabla by Les Crêtes is the first wine of this company, produced by the Charrère family since 1971, in heroic viticulture vineyards, on small plots of land stolen from the rock.
Petit Rouge grapes and other red grape varieties, harvested in vineyards up to 70 years old, are hand-picked and selected. In the cellar, pressing, fermentation and subsequent refinement are in steel to best express the original characteristics of the grapes.
This red from the Aosta Valley stands out for its character, and its beautiful intense ruby color anticipates intense aromas of fruit (raspberry) and elegant notes of wild violet. A decisive and structured wine, which is lively and fruity, but at the same time with soft tannins and a persistent finish.
A historic red from this region, capable of making you fall in love with the reds of the Aosta Valley, still not very widespread, and all worth trying.
