Description
The Pinot Noir Collection by Chanzy Olivier is obtained from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, originating from the Côte Chalonnaise, in the heart of Burgundy.
Winemaking takes place in the traditional way inside steel tanks. Followed by maturation for 12 months in oak barrels.
With a ruby red colour, it offers the nose an intriguing aromatic bouquet dominated by notes of red fruit, cherry and strawberry first and foremost, which blend perfectly with hints of blackberry and spices. In the mouth it reveals a round character, characterized by silky and elegant tannins.
Suitable in combination with red meats and cured meats, it is perfect in the company of medium-aged cheeses.
