Argos by Domaine les Poëte is a white wine from the Loire that expresses the complexity of its terroir, made up of a mix of clay, limestone, fine sand and clay.

The winemaking of Sauvignon Blanc follows low-intervention practices to maintain the authenticity and integrity of the fruit, with fermentation that exploits the natural aromatic potential of the grapes. The refinement, which varies from 12 to 18 months in tanks or barriques, takes place without the addition of sulphites or chemical treatments, preserving the original qualities of the wine.

In the glass it presents a straw yellow color. On the nose it offers a rich bouquet of peach, apple, mineral notes, honey and a spicy accent that adds complexity. In the mouth the wine surprises with its perfect balance between breadth, generosity and a marked minerality. It is a dense and concentrated wine, full of character, but never heavy.

Ideal in combination with fish dishes, vegetarian or spicy preparations and cheeses. This wine elevates every dish with its balanced and deep structure.
