Description
Baron Longo's Pinot Bianco Schutterstein owes its birth to the vineyards that extend around the picturesque Castelletto di Villa, located in Egna, in the heart of the Bassa Atesina.
The harvest takes place manually, after which the white vinification begins with fermentation in steel with temperature control, followed by ageing for 6 months on the fine lees.
Bright straw yellow colour, it is characterized by a broad and floral scent, which later evolves towards elegant notes of white pulp fruit. The taste has a fresh, fragrant and balanced flavour.
This wine goes perfectly with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. Also ideal as an aperitif.
