Description
White Rock is a wine that originates from the Dolomite rocks, on the steep mountain slopes of Trentino, in a context of "heroic viticulture".
It is obtained from a blend of Solaris, Bronner and Muscaris grapes selected according to the PIWI philosophy, which aims to cultivate disease-resistant vines, thus eliminating the use of pesticide treatments. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by a maturation in the tank for approximately five months.
It has a yellow color enriched with greenish reflections. Its olfactory bouquet is fruity, with notes of grapefruit and white currant, embellished with elegant hints of elderflower. On the palate, it is clean, persistent and savory, with a vibrant acidity that enhances its freshness without ever being cloying.
It is a versatile wine, capable of accompanying a wide range of dishes, from pasta to white meats, through fish and vegetables, up to cheeses served at the end of the meal.
