Description
The Teroldego Morei Vineyards of the Foradori Dolomites born in the vineyards of Morei, Mezzolombardo and Campo Rotaliano, conducted under biodynamic conditions, in the province of Trento. This wine takes its name from the term "morei", which means dark or dark, in the Trentino dialect, due to the particularly deep coloring that the starting bunch can assume.
It is produced exclusively with Teroldego grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. The fermentation and subsequent refinement both take place in contact with the skins for 8 months, in Villarobledo tinajas, of Spanish amphorae which allow this variety to express and preserve its potential in terms of biodiversity.
Foradori's Morei has a dark garnet red color. The nose opens fruity, with intense aromas of wild blackberry and blueberry, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, with a full and mineral finish, of good length.
Perfect to accompany mushroom risotto, meat sauce and stewed meat, it is ideal in combination with roasts and grilled meat.
