Description

The Vigneti delle Dolomiti Schiava Sofi by Franz Haas was born in the vineyards located in the municipalities of Egna, Montagna and Aldino.

It is produced exclusively with Schiava grapes, harvested entirely by hand. After being de-stemmed, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 5 months.

It is characterized by a light ruby red color. The nose opens with pleasant aromas of cherries and cranberry, enriched with slight hints of cocoa and bitter almond. On the palate it is of attractive simplicity and at the same time complex and vinous, inviting for its conviviality.

Perfect to accompany first courses of Mediterranean cuisine, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
