Description
The Omnes Dies originates from the vineyards of the Abbazia di Novacella winery located in the Bressanone basin, at the foot of the Dolomites.
It is a cuvée of autochthonous white grape varieties resulting from fermentation in steel at a temperature between 17 and 19 ° C. Then it is left to rest in the same containers for at least 6 months in order to refine its organoleptic characteristics.
In the glass it has a beautiful greenish-yellow color. The nose alternates with delicate aromas of peach and citrus fruit supported by notes of nutmeg. The taste is fresh and savory, with a good persistence of taste.
Ideal with grilled shrimp skewers or honey glazed goat cheeses. Try it with melon and speck.
