Vigneti delle Dolomiti Müller Thurgau Brut Millesimato IGT 2023 Cavit

The Spumante Müller Thurgau Cuvée Speciale Brut is a sparkling wine from the famous Trentino company Cavit designed for a range with a “young” taste, characterized by delicate and fruity flavours.

This sparkling wine is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes from high hill and mountain areas located up to 800 meters above sea level such as the Cavedine Valley, the Cembra Valley and the Brentonico Plateau. After the selection and harvesting carried out strictly by hand, the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing with short cold maceration in contact with the skins. The vinification at controlled temperature and a short stabilization period precede the second fermentation which takes place slowly in a large container to enhance the aromatic finesse.

This Special Cavit Cuvée is characterized by a pale straw colour, with evident greenish nuances, and by a very fine perlage and a persistent foam. The nose opens with a delicate aromatic and spicy scent. Spectacular on the palate, where it is elegant and full of character, soft and pleasantly fresh.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany crustaceans and molluscs.
