Description

The Moscato Giallo Goldmuskateller of the Ritterhof Terra line is born in vineyards located in the Bassa Atesina and Oltradige.

It is produced entirely with Moscato Giallo grapes, harvested manually in the second half of October, with careful selection in the vineyard. After a short cold maceration, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 19 ° C.

It is characterized by an intense straw yellow color tending to golden. The nose opens with enveloping sensations of plum, yellow peach and lavender. In the mouth it is fresh and precise, with a pleasant finish on citrus notes.

This wine is particularly suitable to serve as an aperitif.
