Description
This Sauvignon di Hofstatter is produced near the recently acquired Michei farm in Ala, which brings the founder back to the memory of his Trentino roots, in a vineyard characterized by a unique exposure, in a high mountain area.
It is obtained only from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, softly pressed and left to macerate in contact with the skins for about 8 hours. The vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Pale and bright straw yellow wine with light greenish reflections. On the nose it expresses an aromatic bouquet, with notes of gooseberry, black currant and sambuca, to which are added hints of nettle and flint.
Recommended with appetizers and fish dishes, it is ideal in the company of white meats.
