Description

The Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco by Foradori is a white wine produced in Italy, in the Trentino Alto Adige region. This wine is obtained from Manzoni Bianco grapes grown on dolomitic calcareous clay soil. The vineyard extends for 3 hectares, with an average age of the vines of 25 years.

The vinification involves delicate destemming without pressing and spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins in concrete tanks of 15 to 40 hl for 5-10 days. The refinement takes place in 20-40 hl acacia barrels for a period of up to 12 months.

Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco is an agile, fresh and slightly aromatic wine. In its youth, it shows the finesse and aromas of Pinot Blanc, evolving over time towards the mineral traits of Riesling, maintaining tasty drinkability and excellent structure, therefore of the two vines from which it is born.

Perfect to enjoy with fried fish.
