Description

The Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego Granato di Foradori comes from the ancient vineyards of Campo Rotaliano, a recess of the Adige Valley.

It is produced exclusively with Teroldego grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in large vats open at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 15 months in wooden barrels, before being bottled.

It is characterized by a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant fruity hints of cherry and black currant, enriched with pleasant notes of incense. On the palate it is dense and concentrated, with good softness and elegant sweet tannins.

Perfect to accompany risotto with mushrooms and meat sauce, it is ideal in combination with game, roasts and aged cheeses.
