Description

The Vicenza Pinot Grigio from the Torre dei Vescovi by Colli Vicentini line is born in vineyards located in Montecchio Maggiore, in the heart of the Vicenza hills.

It is produced entirely with Pinot Gris grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C. Subsequently, the wine refines on its lees for 6 months before being bottled.

This Pinot Gris is characterized by a straw yellow colour. The nose opens with a complex and delicate bouquet of floral notes. On the palate it is dry and velvety, pleasantly fresh.

Excellent as an aperitif, this wine is perfect to accompany vegetable appetizers, fish dishes and white meats.
