Description
Veuve Clicquot's Champagne Rosé is made up of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes from over 50 different crus from the Champagne region. The blend also includes a fairly substantial percentage of reserve wines that come from 5-6 different harvests, in line with the style of the maison, some of which with an aging that reaches up to 9 years.
Bright orange color tending to copper, it exposes a bouquet of fresh red fruits and dried fruit to the nose, with a finale of mouth-watering Viennese pastry. In the mouth it is structured and vinous, of beautiful freshness, length and elegance.
Ideal in the company of tuna and beef carpaccio, it proves excellent in the company of a crumble of red fruits or dishes in which the fresh taste of the tomato stands out.
