Description

The Benita 31 from the Sorrentino winery is made with 100% Caprettone organic grapes.

The vineyards from which the grapes come are located on rich volcanic-sandy soils at an average altitude of 250 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest completed in mid-September, the grapes are fermented in steel to preserve the fragrance of the fruit. Bottling follows.

Straw yellow in colour, it has fruity and floral scents that anticipate an elegant and soft sip, with good flavour and great structure.

Ideal for seafood salads, soups and legume soups or grilled white meats.
