Description
The 7 Moggi of the Sorrentino winery is made with organic Piedirosso grapes in purity.
The vineyards from which the grapes come are located on rich volcanic-sandy soils at an average altitude of 400 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest completed towards the end of September, the grapes are fermented in steel.
Of medium intensity ruby red color, it has hints of red fruits such as plum, wild blackberry, blueberries to which are added notes of wild herbs and licorice. On the palate it is fresh and very drinkable, with smooth tannins, finished in structure and with good persistence.
Ideal for roasts and grilled or stewed meats, it goes well with first courses based on meat sauce, savory appetizers and fatty cheeses.
