Description
The Vesuvio Bianco Maceratina 91 from the Sorrentino winery is part of the Vesuvio Bianco DOC and is made with 100% Falanghina grapes.
The vineyards from which the grapes come are located on rich volcanic-sandy soils at an average altitude of 250 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest completed in mid-September, the grapes are fermented in steel to preserve the fragrance of the fruit. Bottling follows.
Straw yellow in color, it has fruity scents that refer to tropical fruit and citrus fruits. On the palate it has an excellent structure, good minerality and the right balance between the fruity and savory parts.
Ideal for seafood, rice and pasta salads, soups and white meats seasoned with herbs.
