Description
A splendid pure Sauvignon Blanc harvested manually and in wooden boxes, to keep the grapes perfectly intact, between the second half of September and until the first days of October. After the destemming and pressing of the grapes, we continue with the soft pressing and the clarification of the cold must. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 15 ° -16 ° C. The wine stays on its lees for about 3 months, until it is bottled. Refine in the bottle for a further 4 months.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it offers the nose a fine aromatic bouquet, made up of hints of sage and green pepper, which soon turn towards notes of citrus and white peach. The sip is dry, mineral, persistent.
Excellent with appetizers, pasta and vegetable first courses, soups and shellfish, it will be perfect with ethnic and vegetarian dishes.
