Description
Tommasi's Terra dei Ciliegi comes from vineyards surrounded by cherry trees, on the hills of San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica.
It comes from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Pelara. After 5 days of carbonic maceration, fermentation takes place in steel tanks for 6 days. The refinement takes place for 4 months, always in steel.
Brilliant ruby red in colour, it has a fragrant and vinous nose with aromas of strawberry, cherry, raspberry, currant and light spicy notes. The sip is dry and soft, excellent drinkability.
Ideal to accompany cured meats and first courses served with light sauces, with pizza and fresh cheeses.
