Description

Crearo is the flagship wine of the Tommasi winery which originates in the Conca d'Oro estate, in the municipality of Sant'Ambrogio della Valpolicella, recognized by experts and enthusiasts as the most renowned and prestigious of the historic area alongside the famous "Grola".

It comes from a unique blend in the area, composed of the autochthonous Corvina Veronese and Oseleta in combination with the international Cabernet Franc, a grape that participates in the production of excellent red wines. Fermentation takes place with maceration for 14 days at a controlled temperature of 21-23 ° C. The wine then ages for 6 months in second-hand French oak tonneaux and for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels. The process ends with a 6 month aging in glass.

Intense in the glass, with a beautiful ruby red hue. It has a nose full of fruity references and spices, dictated by the time spent in aging. Structured and full, it gives to the palate with its velvety consistency and complex character.

Ideal for escorting meat dishes, both white and red, as well as aged cheeses.
