Description
The Scatto di Corte Bravi wine originates in vineyards located in the locality of Gargagnago, in the province of Verona.
It comes from pure Corvina grapes, harvested by hand and immediately pressed. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts and takes place in thermo-regulated steel tanks. This is followed by aging in steel for 6 months and bottling without filtration.
The color is ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose there are aromas of strawberry and currant, as well as spicy notes. The sip is fresh and crunchy, easy to drink and pleasant.
Recommended as an accompaniment to cold cuts and cheeses appetizers, first courses with meat sauces, roasted and spit-roasted meats and semi-aged cheeses.
