Description
Vermouth Rosa Ballerina by Opera Roses tells the purest and most genuine essence of Lake Garda, made from wine, alcohol, Roman absinthe, orange, angelica, ginger, cinnamon, currant, basil and rose, with the addition of sugar.
It uses Chloè and Rocco as base wines, other rosés from the cellar, vinified respectively in steel and wood, then placed in infusion for 30 days together with herbal extracts, to which alcohol of agricultural origin, sugar and water is added.
Clear pink in color with coppery reflections, it offers vegetal, citrus and spice aromas on the nose, joined later by basil and cinnamon. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced, very drinkable, with a slightly spicy and citrus finish to enrich a complex and persistent finish.
Excellent to taste neat or as an aperitif.
