Description
Vermouth Carlo Alberto Bianco Superiore Riserva Extra Dry is the combination of rare ingredients and ancient procedures that require great experience and skill. His recipe, born in 1837 by Tumalin Bartolomé Baracco de Baracho inspired by the aperitif wine that the court cook prepared for the King. The vinous base of Vermouth Bianco Riserva is made up of two Piedmontese excellences: Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG and the must partially fermented from Moscato grapes. 25 different types of herbs and spices are added to it. The design of the bottle follows in every element the Piedmontese architectural tradition, from the Palazzo Madama to the colonnade of the Gran Madre di Torino.
Bright straw yellow in colour, it expresses itself on the nose with hints of citrus, bitter orange and medicinal herbs, as well as spicy hints of cinnamon and vanilla. In the mouth it is balanced and warm, sweetly spiced, with a bitter finish.
Excellent to be enjoyed neat or with ice as an aperitif, or mixed with gin-based cocktails.
