Vermentino di Sardegna by Piero Mancini is born in vineyards located in the Sassari municipality of Olbia, in the heart of the DOC Vermentino di Sardegna.
It is produced with 100% Vermentino grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C.
Vermentino di Sardegna by Piero Mancini has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an elegant and delicate floral bouquet. On the palate it is dry and balanced, of medium structure, with a pleasant aftertaste of bitter almond.
Perfect to accompany shellfish and coquillages, this white wine is ideal in combination with white meats and fish-based first courses.
