Description

The Vermentino di Sardegna Costamolino from Cantina Argiolas comes from vineyards located on the gentle slopes of Pranu Sturru-Suelli and Perda Campus-Selegas.

It is produced with Vermentino grapes, rigorously picked by hand during the early hours of the morning and carefully selected. After a soft pressing, the must is cooled with natural settling, then fermented for about 20 days at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. The wine rests at controlled temperature with a brief pause on the fine lees before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. The bouquet is subtle, intense and delicate, with pleasant floral notes. The taste is fresh and dry, pleasantly dry and savory; overall it is a delicate and fine wine.

Perfect to accompany seafood appetizers, shellfish, fish dishes and fish soups, it is ideal in combination with medium-aged cheeses.
