Description
Antonella Corda is a young Sardinian winegrower, who has been able to shine thanks to a range of excellent quality labels. The winery was founded in 2010, but has its roots in the ancient traditions of a family that has been dedicated to the cultivation of vines for several generations. The estate covers an area of 15 hectares, located in Serdiana, in the hilly hinterland of Cagliari. The mild climate, cooled by the sea breezes, and the suitable lands, mainly calcareous and marly in nature, allow excellent grapes to ripen.
The bunches that give life to this Vermentino di Sardegna are softly pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Before proceeding with bottling, the wine ages for 6 months in steel tanks on the fine lees, in order to enrich its structure and aromas.
At sight it has a light yellow color. The bouquet offers aromas of lime zest, grapefruit, floral and herbal nuances of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate the juicy aromas of white pulp fruit dominate, well balanced by a pleasant savory note and a balanced freshness.
To combine with appetizers, first courses with seafood.
