Vermento di Gallura Superiore Cucaione by Piero Mancini comes from vineyards located in the heart of the Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.

Obtained exclusively from Vermentino grapes, this wine carries out the classic white winemaking process, resting in steel for a few months, before being bottled.

Cucaione by Piero Mancini is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a particularly fine and elegant aromatic bouquet of rosemary and bay leaf, enriched with notes of yellow peach and minerals. In the mouth it is well structured, balanced and soft.

Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with roasts and grilled meats.
