Description
Verduno Pelaverga is produced by the young Reverdito company, born in 2000 in La Morra, which today manages 26 hectares of vineyards, including some Additional Geographic Mentions such as Badarina or Berri.
The wine is made from 100% Pelaverga grapes, which are destemmed and vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks.
Pale ruby red in colour, the nose reveals aromas of rose and violet, wild strawberry, enriched by spicy notes typical of the vine. The sip is dry and fine, with a good persistence.
It is appreciated with pasta with meat sauce and with stewed red meats.
