Description

Ergo is a white wine from the Mirizzi winery obtained from Verdicchio grapes, produced in Monte Roberto, one of the most renowned areas of the Castelli di Jesi. This wine comes from a careful selection of grapes grown organically and uses a late harvest.

Winemaking takes place using traditional methods, using indigenous yeasts and partial temperature control. Fermentation and refinement take place on its own yeasts, partly in amphora and partly in tonneaux, for a period of one year.

Ergo has a straw yellow color with gold reflections. The aroma is intense and broad, rich in tropical fruit with citrus notes accentuated and enriched by hints of honey and dried fruit. On the palate it offers a full and soft sip, but also fresh and tasty.

This white wine is ideal for traditional Marche dishes such as rabbit in porchetta, broth and lamb terrine.
