Description
The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva by Fulvia Tombolini comes from vineyards located in the Ancona municipality of Staffolo, in the heart of the Marche region.
Obtained exclusively from Verdicchio grapes, manually harvested in the second ten days of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for more than 2 years, before being bottled.
The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Riserva by Fulvia Tombolini has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of spices and dried fruit, enriched with slight notes of honey and flint. On the palate it is full, enveloping and complex, with a pleasantly harmonious and persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany grilled meat, both white and red, this wine is ideal in combination with fish, crustaceans and medium-aged cheeses. To be considered for the aperitif moment.
