Description
The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore of the La Staffa company is born in vineyards located on the hills of Staffolo, from the tradition and culture of a suitable area.
It is produced exclusively with Verdicchio grapes, carefully selected in the vineyard to enhance its organoleptic characteristics. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers before being bottled.
This Verdicchio is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with floral aromas of hawthorn and broom, enriched with pleasant hints of apple and pear. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a nice flavor and with a strong personality. The wine has cedar and vegetable notes on the finish that show all the complexity of its aromas.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, first courses and fresh cheeses, it is ideal in combination with fish and seafood dishes.
