Description

Stefano Antonucci Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore is produced by the Santa Barbara winery with 100% Verdicchio grapes.

The vines grow on medium-textured soils, with east and south / east exposure and an altitude of 250 meters above sea level. The vinification lasts four weeks and takes place in steel tanks with constant temperature control. It is then transferred to French wooden barriques for further refinement.

Intense yellow with golden reflections, it expresses hints of white and exotic fruit such as melon, mango, with citrus and floral tones. On the palate it is savoury and voluminous, with a fascinating citrus finish and good roundness that well balances the mineral note.

Recommended with vegetable first courses, baked fish and fried foods.
